Mee Hoon Kueh (MHK)

Mee Hoon Kueh (MHK) is a family recipe dish passed down by Dad… So, technically I’m the Gen 2 of Liongs’ Clan Special Handmade Noodle hahaha... Dad didn’t use the normal egg, flour, salt & water recipe. He created a new recipe which is exclusively ours :D. It has been a family thingy whenever we cook this at home. Friends and relatives will come with their own pack-away, for them to take home after savouring it at our place. Dad will make the dough, mum will prepare the stock and the 3 little princesses will prepare the ingredients. As we grow up, tasks were delegated to the princesses and so we inherited the recipe ~~

Today we held in the name of Carmen, to welcome her back from KLSC. Just a small gathering (due to space constrains of my little flat), we had fun!!! We used cookie cutter & pasta maker (courtesy of Casshew) & created a whole load of fun. Carmen, welcome back!!
